Peralta Torres, a reporter with La Uníon de Morelos, died from multiple gunshot wounds. The second journalist from the region killed in less than a month, Peralta Torres reportedly identified his assassin, a business associate who has since fled the country.Motive Unconfirmed: CPJ is investigating to determine whether the death was work-related.
